We will only replace your items if it is damaged or defective 7 days after delivery date.

On the event of item(s) arriving, defective, damaged or the wrong item(s) received, immediately contact Perfectly Loved through email. Attach up to 4 photos or video to yourperfectlyloved@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.
Once your item is returned and accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first sending video or photos will not be accepted.
